To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Eden Lane jewellery, we recommend following the care instructions below.
Gold Plated Jewellery Care
Our jewellery is crafted in sterling silver with micron gold plating. Over time, the plating may naturally fade depending on how the jewellery is worn and cared for.
To help extend the life of the plating:
• Avoid contact with sweat, perfumes, lotions, oils, and chemicals
• Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping
• Store jewellery separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box when not in use
• Avoid excessive friction or impact, especially with rings worn daily
To clean your jewellery, gently wipe it with a soft, dry microfiber or jewellery polishing cloth after wearing to remove oils, moisture, and everyday residue. Avoid using rough fabrics, tissues, or paper towels, as they may scratch the surface or plating.
Natural Gemstone Care
We use natural gemstones, each unique in color, texture, and inclusions. Slight variations and natural inclusions are part of the beauty of natural stones.
Some gemstones and delicate settings require extra care. Strong impact, pressure, or pulling may cause stones to loosen, crack, or the metal to bend out of shape. Open rings and delicate designs may also catch on clothing or objects.
To help prevent damage:
• Avoid dropping or knocking jewellery against hard surfaces
• Avoid pulling or applying pressure to delicate designs
• Remove jewellery during heavy activity or exercise
• Avoid harsh cleaning products or ultrasonic cleaners
Storage
Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keeping pieces separate will help prevent scratches, tangling, and damage.
Replating & Repairs
Micron gold plating may naturally wear over time depending on usage and care. Eden Lane offers replating and repair services to help you continue enjoying your jewellery for years to come.

About shipping and delivery
- Free shipping on orders over 20,000 yen (tax included).
- For orders under 20,000 yen (tax included), shipping costs will be a flat rate of 550 yen (tax included).
- We usually ship within five days of receiving your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays). Please note that the number of days it takes for your order to arrive after it has been shipped may vary depending on your region.
- For bank transfers, we will ship within 5 days after confirming payment (excluding weekends, public holidays, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays).
- If there is a delay, we will contact you by email.
- Delivery will be via Japan Post or Yamato Transport.

About Natural Gemstones
Eden Lane jewellery is crafted with natural gemstones, each carefully selected for its individual beauty.
As natural gemstones are formed by nature, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and inclusions may occur. These characteristics are part of the natural charm of each stone, making every piece truly one of a kind.
Please note that the colour and appearance of gemstones may differ slightly from the product images depending on the individual stone, lighting conditions, and screen settings.
Repairs & After-Sales Service
At Eden Lane, we offer a 6-month warranty on our jewellery from the date of purchase.
Each piece is handcrafted with natural gemstones and delicate settings. Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, slight wear or damage may occur over time depending on how the piece is worn and cared for.
Gold plating may gradually fade with use, depending on wear, storage, and care. Exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, friction, and daily use may affect the longevity of the plating, especially on rings.
To help preserve your jewellery for longer, we recommend following our jewellery care instructions.
After the 6-month warranty period, repairs and replating services may be available for an additional cost.

Returns Policy
Each Eden Lane piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using natural gemstones and precious materials. We hope it becomes something you cherish.
If you wish to return your piece, we are here to assist.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for orders within Japan, and within 10 days for international orders.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging.
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Sale or promotional items
Process of return

Kindly include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
They will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will assist promptly.
