Returns & Exchanges

Each Eden Lane piece is carefully handcrafted using natural gemstones. We hope it becomes a treasured part of your everyday life.

Should your jewellery arrive damaged or differ from the item ordered, we will be happy to assist you.

Return Period

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for orders within Japan, or within 10 days of delivery for international orders.

Returned items must be unused and unworn, and sent back in their original condition with all packaging and accompanying materials included.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons
• Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
• Sale or promotional items

How to Request a Return

Please contact returns@edenlane.jp and include:

• Your order number
• The reason for your request
• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will share the return instructions.

Please do not return an item before receiving confirmation from us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are generally the responsibility of the customer.

When an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide separate guidance regarding the return arrangements.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Eden Lane cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. The time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should your jewellery arrive damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include clear photographs of the jewellery and its packaging so that we may assist you promptly.

Subtle variations in color, shape, texture and pattern are part of the unique beauty of each stone.

These natural characteristics are not considered defects, but an expression of the material’s individuality and handcrafted nature.
